+ ADVANCING DIVIDENDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2008
Our Company's Board of Management is going to pay the first dividends advance for the fiscal year 2008. Dividends will be advanced
in cash at 10% per share (nominal value) to shareholders as of 16:30 hours on the date of 18th July 2008. The payment will take place
from 18th August 2008. However, details of payment will be informed to our esteemed shareholders later.

+ A NEW LADY The company's purschase of the secondhand bulk carrier EDELWEISS (22.176 dwt, built 1993) was successfully completed on 10th June 2008.
